Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Nali, a business and marketing software product developed by 7VN Designs LLC.

Nali's role

Nali provides AI-assisted business information, research, organization, recommendations and, when specifically enabled, execution of authorized actions. Nali does not become the owner, officer, employee, attorney, accountant, financial adviser or fiduciary of a user's business.

Run Your Business

“Run Your Business” means Nali may monitor connected business information, research relevant information, identify matters needing attention, perform actions within authority the owner has granted, track results and learn from outcomes. The owner remains responsible for setting authority, reviewing decisions and operating the business.

Owner authority

Users are responsible for credentials, permissions, spending limits, connected accounts and actions they authorize. Some actions may require explicit approval or remain owner-only. Automated output should be reviewed when accuracy, law, finances, contracts, safety or other significant consequences are involved.

AI limitations

AI-generated information can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Nali does not guarantee revenue, profit, leads, advertising results, business performance or uninterrupted service.

Third-party services

Nali may connect to third-party services selected by the user. Use of those services remains subject to the provider's own terms, policies, fees and availability.

Acceptable use

You may not use Nali to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, misrepresent identity, abuse connected services or circumvent service safeguards.

Subscriptions and availability

Pricing, subscription terms and features shown before public launch are planned and may change. Final purchase and renewal terms will be presented through the applicable purchase channel.

Intellectual property

Nali software, branding and original product materials remain the property of 7VN Designs LLC except for user-owned content and third-party materials.

Changes and termination

Features may be modified as Nali develops. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect users, connected services or the integrity of the product.
