Nali is developed and operated by 7VN Designs LLC. This policy explains how information may be processed when you use Nali's application, website, AI features and connected services.

Information you provide

Nali may process business profiles, business notes, products, messages, instructions, customer-facing information, uploaded or connected business information, and credentials you choose to provide for supported integrations. Website visitors may provide messages when using a Nali website assistant.

AI processing

When AI features are enabled, information needed to answer a request may be transmitted to OpenAI for processing. The Nali app asks for AI-processing permission before AI requests are made. Nali is designed to send only information needed for the requested feature.

API keys and connected services

User-supplied credentials are not published on websites or hard-coded into Nali's source code. Supported credentials may be stored on-device and, when required for an enabled server or website feature, encrypted in Nali's credential vault. Connected providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Business memory

Nali may store business facts, owner decisions, policies, research, customer insights and learning records so business context can persist. Business knowledge can be classified by visibility, including public, customer-facing, operational, confidential and owner-only information. Customer-facing Nali experiences are designed to use only information permitted for customer disclosure.

Website conversations

When a business enables Nali on its website, visitor messages and Nali's responses may be stored to provide conversation continuity, identify useful recurring questions, improve business knowledge and protect the service from abuse. Visitors should not submit passwords, payment card information or other unnecessary sensitive information through website chat.

Retention and control

Information may be retained while needed to provide enabled features, maintain business memory, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect the service. Owners can withdraw AI-processing permission in the app and disconnect supported integrations. Additional deletion controls may be added as Nali's account and business-memory systems are completed.

Security

Nali uses safeguards including device authentication, encrypted credential storage and owner-controlled permissions. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Nali is a business product and is not intended for children to provide personal information.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Nali develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
